A 2 × Voltage Generator Analytical Model
Since portable systems and processing power applications demand efficient power consumption, this paper deals with the development of an analytical model based on the on-resistance effect of MOS switches to design a silicon-based charge-pump voltage generator (VG). This model that is developed for adding design parameters under the designer’s control is a useful design tool to quickly estimate ...
متن کاملAnalytical Thermal Model Validation for Cassini Radioisotope Thermolelectric Generator
The Saturn-bound Cassini spammft is designed to rely, without preccdcn~ on the waste heat from its three radioisotope thcrrnocl~”c generators (RTGs) to warm the propulsion module subsystem, and the RTG end dome tcmpcmture is a key determining factor of the amount of waste heat delivered. A previously vatidatcd SINDA thermal model of the RTG was the sole guide to understanding its complex thcrma...
متن کاملPTAT Voltage Generator based on an MOS Voltage Divider
An MOS-only, proportional to absolute temperature (PTAT) voltage generator capable of operation in the whole range of inversion levels is presented. We perform a theoretical analysis based on the ACM model which is successfully compared to experimental data. PTAT voltages up to hundreds of milivolts at room temperature can be easily obtained.
متن کاملSoftware Tool for Voltage Dip Signal Generator
This paper presents a software tool for a three-phase voltage dip signal generator, which can be used to generate waveforms similar to those recorded. The voltage dip signal generator is designed to shape the voltage waveforms for the three phases, using random functions for almost all possible parameters. The advantage of using the generated waveforms instead of real data measurements is that ...
متن کاملCirculating current analysis between strands in armature winding of a turbo-generator using analytical model
In this paper, the circulating current analysis between strands is studied while considering the different transpositions in the active part and without considering the transposition in the end winding region. First, this analysis is done while only considering the slot region, and then the end winding region is added to the model. The model used for this analysis is a circuit model, including ...
